The product was in superb condition, so there's no worry. And also eStore.lk was very helpful in giving information and tracking the product. The tracking is a very good idea to put in your website. So overall i would recommend this to others.
Thank you for the delivery & currently I am using the phone with no issue, Just wanted to give some details for improvements & following points are not complaints
* To have a clear description on what is included in the price (I got only the phone & charger, no data cable & no head set, got to know that it is not included only after contacting the customer support center)
* eStore provided number is connected to an answering machine & each and every time the customer is charged for the calls even the customer support center is unanswered or late to answer.
* Courier service has to be really improve on punctuality, delivery was finally expected at 10:30hrs on the final day (05th Day) & actually delivered at 14:30hrs, I had to delay my departure to the airport until I receive the phone.
* Mobile planet was not helping even in providing the hot line of eStore, simply asked to go to the internet and get the number, Poor customer care
Above is constructive criticism & with no intention of let you all unpopular, personally I am happy that eStore is attempting their best to bring Sri Lanka in par with other countries.
